Note that this superhero costume has different versions for a child and an adult. This article will reveal how to make this costume for an adult without using inexpensive materials. Follow the steps:
Get a red top
Normally, the Wonder Woman’s top is strapless, so you’ll have to find a red tube top or a red bustier. Better if you can lay hands on a silky material. You can also use a red swimsuit or a comfortable red tank top.
Create a gold emblem for the top
Use gold duct tape to create an emblem. You could choose from several designs like W shapes or eagle patterns. Once you cut out a W-shaped eagle from craft foam, use gold spray paint on it, and glue to the red top. If you want something simpler, just line gold tape on the top front edge of your swimsuit, tank top or bustier.
Cover your lower body in skimpy blue
For the lower part of the body, the Wonder Woman costume usually goes with something short and revealing (blue though). It should cover just about the upper thigh. So, you can wear a blue mini-skirt, high-waist boy shorts, or blue gym shorts. If you’re not comfortable wearing skimpy stuff, you can go with tight blue pants. Embellish the shorts or skirts with stars

Beautify the boots with white duct tape
Line the top of each bootleg with white duct tape. Also, run the white tape down the center of the boot down to the toe from the top.
